Course Overview

The relationship between human capital investments and a company’s business performance has largely been talked about. However, very little has been accomplished in establishing the link between the two and more importantly measuring return on these investments.

Dynamic shifts in market conditions require firms to have an intelligent workforce and processes, practices that are consistently aligned to business strategy. While doing so, the intermediate steps would be to track key performance drivers such as quality, productivity, customer satisfaction and innovation. Faculty Profile

Ronald has about ten years of rich experience spanning knowledge intensive consulting, training and software services environment. He has successfully conceptualized, designed and launched consulting services, certification programs and software services. Over the years, he has played an instrumental role for foray into international markets such as China, Singapore, Vietnam, Argentina and Sri Lanka.

He has consulted and trained on People CMM at several leading organizations like Satyam Computer Services, Sasken Communication Technologies, Perot Systems, Aztecsoft, Iteamic, Tavant Technologies, DaimlerChrysler Research Center and Valtech India amongst others. He is also pioneering People CMM implementation across Non-IT sector in India beginning with Caliber Construction Company, e2e Business Solutions and Bydesign India. Thus he holds the rare distinction of consulting on People CMM across both IT and Non-IT sectors.

Having worked extensively on managing different business fields while concurrently training, building and mentoring teams, Ronald brings a unique perspective of helping organizations analyze and solve business problems through aligning existing/ innovative human capital initiatives.

Ronald has worked with organizations such as TUV Rheinland India (One of the World’s largest and most successful professional services organizations), QAI India, New Creation Information Technology and Compusol Software.
