Registration Policies
• For Conference or Tutorial registration,
payment MUST accompany the Registration Form.
• Confirmation of registrations will be subject to availability
and timely receipt of payment
• For multiple nominations, take photocopy of the Registration
Form.
• The registration is transferable (to a colleague)
but not refundable after May 20, 2004
• On-site registration will be on first-come-first-served
basis, and will be accepted ONLY if seats are available.
• All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay
at the Conference venue.
• For all delegates, badges and delegate kits will be
given at the venue.
PRE PAYMENT REQUIRED!
• All registrations to be accompanied
by payment.
• All confirmed but unpaid registrations need to pay
at the Conference venue. Seats will be available on 'first
come, first served basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received up to May 20, 2004 will
be entitled to 35% refund. Cancellation after this date are
liable to lose the entire fee.
Payment
For DOMESTIC DELEGATES: Please make the Cheque/Draft in Favour
of "Quality Solutions for Information Technology Pvt.
Ltd.” payable at Bangalore, India.
For INTERNATIONAL DELEGATES: Only US Dollar Drafts will be
accepted
